This will come in handy for those late-night bonfires with your friends and family. 

    Last, but definitely not least is Vitamin D. In the human body, it takes sunlight in order for our bodies to generate this vitamin. That is why if you have a deficiency or it is winter, your doctor will often suggest you take this vitamin. Taking it in the summer can help your systemic health as well as your strength. It helps to make your bones stronger, boosts your immune system, and increases your ability to absorb phosphorus and calcium.
