Flu season isn’t over yet! You might have noticed that some of your coworkers have been sick. Maybe your family members haven’t been feeling well. Sometimes, you take all the precautions you can, and you still wind up getting sick. However, it’s still important to make every effort to stay well.  So, in this blog, we’re going to discuss tips for avoiding the flu.  Washing your hands for 20 seconds each time is optimal for healthy living. Wash your hands. While this tip may seem obvious, many folks don’t wash their hands fully. According to the CDC, you should wash your hands for 20 seconds, using plenty of soap and warm or cold water. Many times, people are in such a hurry that they hardly wash their hands. They wet them, add some soap, lather for about four seconds, and consider it “good enough”. It’s not good enough if you get sick, though.
